At I AM Fitness we offer Strength, Cardio, Mind-Body, and Aqua classes for a variable range of personal abilities and intensities.
Each of I AM Fitness' certified instructors designs his or her fitness class with three important goals in mind: the class should be energetic, it should motivate you, and, most importantly, it needs to be fun! At I AM Fitness, we offer more than 60+ classes to suit almost anyone’s needs and preferences. Group fitness classes include Zumba, Yoga, HIIT, Barre, Body Pump, Aqua, Seniorcise, Spinning, Boxing, and many more! Our instructors are constantly searching out new techniques and innovations to keep our programs fresh and dynamic.
