High Intensity interval training

Cardio H.I.I.T.

Cardio HIIT Session that’ll keep your blood pumpin, your fat burnin and your mind in peak shape! Remember without physical movements your brain can get soft too !!

Do 2 rounds of the warm up, then do 2 exercises for 40 seconds , take a 20 sec break and then do the next set of 2 exercises. Do all exercises for a total of 2 rounds! At the end we’ve thrown in some hip stretches in case your hips tend to get a bit tight!
