Do 2 rounds of the warm up, then do 2 exercises for 40 seconds , take a 20 sec break and then do the next set of 2 exercises. Do all exercises for a total of 2 rounds! At the end we’ve thrown in some hip stretches in case your hips tend to get a bit tight!
