We are a year-round aquatics facility with one goal in mind: teach children how to swim. Our experienced instructors work to build relationships with each student and get to know their areas for improvement. Our curriculum is individually focussed to unlock your swimmer's full potential.

Parent & Toddler Swim

State-of-the-Art Pools

Our Parent & Child classes are the perfecting bonding experience for you and your swimmer! You'll get 30 minutes of singing, splashing and tons of fun. The class will set up the fundamentals of swimming such as pulling and kicking as well as incorporate important safety skills for your young swimmer.

Beginner Swimmers

Confident Little Swimmers

Level 1 swimmers, also known as our Flounders, are just starting their swim lesson journey. This class will introduce them to the water so that they become comfortable and is a good basis for those that are just starting out. Level 1 swimmers will work week after week to gain the confidence and knowledge to:

  • Safely Enter/Exit the pool
  • Front Glide
  • Float on their backs
  • Swim for 5 feet

Confident Little Swimmers

Comfortable in the water, Level 2 swimmers or "Clownfish" are still gaining confidence to swim independently. They will continue to work on their skills to swim farther and stronger. At the end of Level 2, swimmers will be able to:

  • Front Glide for up to 10 feet
  • Roll on their back from a Front Glide
  • Back Glide
  • Front swim for 10 feet with a rollover breath

Confident Little Swimmers

Level 3 swimmers are little Guppies in the pool! They are independent swimmers working on endurance and strokes. At the end of this level, swimmers will be able to:

  • Tread water for 15 seconds
  • Swim 1 pool width with rollover breathing
  • Backstroke independently for 5-10 feet

Beginner Kids

Our beginners class for ages 6 and up, Turtles will learn to become comfortable in the water and begin learning the fundamentals of swimming. At the end of this level, swimmers will be able to:

  • Safely Enter/Exit the pool
  • Front Glide
  • Float on their backs
  • Swim for 5 feet

Progress & Grow

Gaining independence, Level 2 Seals will continue to improve their stroke and learn how to safely breath while swimming. This level will lead swimmers to successfully:

  • Tread water for 15 seconds
  • Front swim for 10 feet with a rollover breath
  • Back Glide for 5 feet

Endurance & Technique

Independent and strong, Level 3 Sailfish are building endurance and enhancing their strokes. This level will also introduce the kicks to the Breaststroke and Butterfly. At the end of this level, swimmers will be able to:

  • Jump in and tread water for one minute before swimming to the other side and exiting safely
  • Push off the wall in a streamlined position continuing to swim freestyle and then swimming backstroke

Endurance & Technique

Endurance & Technique

Level 4 Marlins will begin to build stamina and continue their endurance training. Swimmers will learn how to successfully swim the Breaststroke and Butterfly. At the end of Level 4, swimmers will be able to:

  • Perform a feet first entry into the water and swim freestyle to the other side before turning around and swimming backstroke
  • Swim breaststroke for 15 feet then changing direction and backstroke for 15 feet
  • Submerge and swim underwater for 10 feet

Swim Champions

Swimmers in Level 5 are known as our Tiger Sharks. They are masters at swimming all four competitive strokes and will begin to learn proper turning techniques. Stamina and endurance are still at play during this level and will help swimmers complete the following benchmarks:

  • Continuously swim freestyle for 2 width using correct turning styles
  • Continuously swim backstroke for 2 widths using correct turning styles
  • Swim breaststroke 1 width, turn and swim butterfly 1 width

Swim Like a Pro

Our competitive stroke and technique class is a swim intensive 50 minute class. Each week will focus on a different stroke and use different drills to build stamina and endurance. Simulating a swim team workout, swimmers will get a real feel of what it is like to be on a swim team!
